Melanie

Melanie was born and raised in Hamilton, where she has obtained diplomas in Psychology & Social Work and Early Childhood Education. Most recently,  she finished Administrative Assistance to enhance her skills in her current role at Liberty For Youth.  Melanie has always had a passion to help others and serve wherever she is needed.  Melanie has worked as a special needs worker for over a decade, coached community sports, and continues to assist in children’s ministry at her place of worship.

Being the daughter of a retired Correctional Officer, Melanie knows the great need to reach out to our youth is vital. She strongly believes in the importance of forgiveness, second chances and the value of having someone that believes in you.  Melanie feels blessed to be a part of the Liberty For Youth family, an organization that puts many of her own beliefs & values into action.
