Troubled youth need a change of environment to make positive life decisions. As a result, helping young people from this point forward will involve purchasing "Refuge Place". Refuge Place will be Liberty's answer to the growing needs for the youth. Your donation of any amount will help purchase this centre and implement our positive programs in the community. We are close to having a down payment for Refuge Place. With your donation you will receive a charitable tax receipt; but, most of all you will be a part of changing lives.
