Liberty For Youth is a youth development organization with an emphasis on character and leadership development in youth. The organization affirms positive patterns of behaviour while creating opportunities for youth to assist in community development programs and productive interaction with parents, teachers and community leaders.

Liberty For Youth is a rallying point for teenagers and young adults interested in initiating modern concepts to cope successfully with the pressures our society imposes on them.Liberty For Youth is a non-profit, charitable organization operated by a passionate board of directors who have committed their lives to reaching out, working with and grappling the very serious and difficult problems young people outside their immediate families must live and deal with.

To provide and embrace an atmosphere where young people can feel accepted regardless of their mistakes, struggles and consequences that were brought about from these actions, while encouraging each other with real life testimonies.

The mission of Liberty For Youth is to provide alternatives for those who have experienced turmoil and setbacks due to various challenges in daily living.

• Offering Refuge Place (downtown Hamilton), a residential setting to meet the ongoing needs of youth who need a change of environment.

• Seeking out and providing preventative services to troubled youth within the community who might be destined for a life of incarceration.

• Equipping youth with the necessary tools for success in life.

• Helping youth attain a productive lifestyle to ensure reintegration where positive community living is attained.
